Introduction:
-For our Healthcare Sector in Shanghai, we are looking for a Logistics Officer at earliest opportunity.
What are my responsibilities?
-Booking and Records:
-Do correct and timely revenue and cost booking in SAP system according to the progress of project implementation. -Logistic management and Project Implementation
-Implement and ensure usage of Healthcare Order Processing Guideline and Logistic process to meet customer requirement and control inventory and manage the risk during Implementation from Contract sign to Handover to customer.
-Ensure a close cooperation with internal colleagues and external customer to be aware of the Project Progress.
-Follow and Control the Forwarder performance during implementation
-Turnover and Delivery Forecast
-Generate, document and implement Turnover and delivery Forecast (plan, monitor and report on relevant KPI to contribute to the success of the Turnover and Delivery Forecast and make results transparent)
What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Bachelor (international trading/ Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management is preferred) or above
-Minimum 3 years experience in working with multinational companies.
-Good Knowledge in International Trade and Supply Chain Management
-SAP knowledge and project background is preferred
-Basic knowledge in Contract Management and Tax
-Fluent both written and spoken English
-Team spirit
