职位描述
Responsibility:
?Lead a team of 4 members to provide effective financial services to all Covance China operation units, including AP, AR, Cashier, Banking, T&E, Fixed Assets and Tax. Directly report to China Finance Controller.
?Oversee and ensure the efficient and effective operations
?Manage and supervise the Finance Transaction team, setting priorities, monitoring performance, improving procedures and managing workload to meet the objectives of the team and the company.
?Supervise the team to perform monthly sub ledger close and make sure sub-ledgers tie to GL.
?Supervise monthly sub ledger reconciliations to GL. Provide variance analysis and reporting to Gl team, operation team and FP&A team.
?Perform post audit review for T&E expenses and make the recommendation for improvements.
?Provide T&E system support to China employees.
?Process review and improvement for finance transaction areas
?Resolve questions/issues raised from internal employees and external vendors/clients.
?Assist with SOX testing and internal and external audit
Education and Requirements:
?Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance and relevant major. Accounting related certification can be a plus
?More than 5 years’ experience in finance transaction areas in multinational company, including at least 2 years’ experience in AR & AP.
?At least 2 years people manager experience.
?Excellent accounting and math skills
?Good command in Microsoft especially excel, word, PPT..
?Good working knowledge and understanding of finance compliance and risk review procedures, business processes and internal controls.
?Good personality, integrity and high degree of accuracy is imperative
?Willing to take responsibilities and to be able to work independently
?Team oriented, ability and willingness to manager and develop others
?Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with multiple operating units.
?Excellent written and oral in English is preferred
?Knowledgeable in Peoplesoft accounting software is preferred.
