Main Duties
?Responsible for E-commerce sales data check based on TP report and issuing invoices;
?Responsible for data upload in SAP system timely and accurately;
?Participate in the establishment of E-com business process flow;
?Check the shop revenue and expense and correct the mistake if find;
?Perform accounts receivable reconciliation in month end closing process;
?Take charge of AR aging report, review and analyze AR Aging Report weekly;
?Support new shops set-up;
?Participate in stock counts;
?Coordinate with internal & external auditors;
?Provide financial and operational support on ad hoc project.

Requirements:
?Good knowledge of accounting policy of PRC;
?At least 3 years’ relevant working experience with at least one year focus on E-com business, retail industry preferred;
?Logical thinking, strong interpersonal skill, proactive, a good team player and able to work under pressure and tight deadline;
?Strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated and result-oriented;
?Familiar with SAP functions and office software, especially Excel.
