Accountabilities

Handle all trucking and local warehouse processes, meet customer's enquiries and requests professionally, maximize customer satisfaction;
Check and monitor customer payment on time;
Provide better service for customer, KPI review for large customers or project accounts regularly to improve and keep high quality operating procedure
Input business IT system, provide needed report
Collect vendor marketing information, keep good contact with trucking and warehouse vendors to ensure smooth operation

Requirements

Bachelor degree,
More than 2 years logistics related experience, preferable in warehouse, truck, barge field
Good written English ability
Good interpersonal skill and presentation skill
Customer orientated and strong problem solving ability
