Major Responsibilities


ESH
- Work with ESH supervisor to set up, improve and finalize Production ESH regulations.
- Ensure ESH regulations strictly implemented to fully meet with national & regional regulations and company policy, “0” safety accident target.

MANAGEMENT
- Makes sure that the required quality level is achieved
- Guarantee production plan implemented and qualified product delivered on-time
- Control and continuously reduce production cost
- Define production team’s training program
- Set up subordinate objectives and follow to make sure they are respected
- Recommends what should be provided in matters of career evolution and salary for his team
- Making sure that processes are respected as well as company rules and regulations that are applicable within production department (especially in matters of discipline, order, hygiene and security). All disrespect will be treated with the HR department.
- Allocate objective per product series and supervise production team follow-up
- Makes sure that communication level is active between the staff and himself and that the message of attain the department’s objectives is understood and applied by the team.
MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING
- Set up procedure and ensure their implementation in production department
- Rationalize and master all products and manufacturing processes
- Continuously improve productivity
- Use or making sure his team uses the lean/six sigma tools or methods such as VSM, SMED, TQM, SPC, KANBAN, and so on….
- Make sure that the production team provide fully support to new product development
- Continuously explore and innovate new technologies, and apply them into everyday production activities




Qualifications: B.S degree or above, major in Chemical, High Polymer Material or Mechanical
Experience: Over 8 years of working experience in Production Management, Manufacturing Process, Leaning and Six Sigma.
Professional/ Specific Skills (management, technical, etc):
· Pay high attention to safety, health and environment and know-how to do
· Good technical knowledge and experience in chemistry or pultrusion and/or metal
· Sound knowledge in lean manufacturing and six sigma, successfully proven experience apply lean/six sigma into practice
· Like to take challenges and purse continuously improvement to upgrade manufacturing process, improve product quality and reduce costs
· Good team-building and organizational abilities
· Comfortable in high technology, multi-shift, manufacturing environment
· Proven management and supervisory abilities
· A working knowledge of basic cost accounting and finance
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Mandarin and English
· PC literate, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
