JOB PURPOSE

Manage the field sales team – to ensure they achieve their individual/ team target and follow up the progress. FSM has also an individual target to fulfill.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

To manage the field sales team (and himself) fulfill below tasks
- Maintenance and development of Local Accounts
- Execute sales process and achieve the agreed targets ( Sales calls / Visits/ cold calls/ target market/ Gross Margin)
- Work and maintain actively on CRM and update target / client information and target list
- Independent sales approach on agreed Key Account targets
- Proper implementation of new accounts into operations or customer service including SOP
- Be key person to support sales activities initiated by Central China Sales Management

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

o Functional experience in air / sea
o Expertise and professionalism in customer contact
o Understanding of customer requirements and retrieve information to Management
o Pro-active approach on customer requirements
o Strong functional and commercial understanding of business environment especially in processes
