杰尼亚成都店铺开放店铺助理职位，面向工作经验0-2年左右的，想往奢侈品零售方向发展的人才，全面打好扎实的店铺运营基础。欢迎应届生以及有潜力的往届生投递。

1. Core Duties
To ensure the smooth running of the shop, and maintaining the shop standards by:
Participating in the day-to-day running of the shop.
Keeping the shop and displays clean and tidy at all times.
Operating the till and accurately handling cash, and credit/debit cards and transactions.
Follow SOE procedures.
Assist in changing displays of shop stock.
Receiving deliveries, unpacking and re-shelving or storing stock.
Assisting with regular stock checks and annual stock takes
Being vigilant at all times and to help minimize stock loss.

2. Customer Service
To ensure that excellent customer service is demonstrated at all times by:
Developing a good knowledge of product, ensuring that customers are informed about the work that they have purchased and that the purchase is wrapped securely.
Informing the public about the work on show in the shop.
Respond to general customer enquiries received by phone or email.
Work as part of a team with the other members of in the store, be aware of what is happening in the rest of the areas needed help.

3. General
Ensure any issues concerning customer care and company policies are reported to the Boutique Manager.
Adhere to the current Zegna standards of presentation for dress code.
