Project Coordinator / Senior Architect
Office Location: Pudong, Shanghai
Starting Date: ASAP

The Senior Architect　manages, organizes and coordinates project teams and team assignments to complete architectural projects, is responsible for ensuring that design documents are in line with design intent, and is responsible for project schedules and budgets. He/she provides guidance to the team. The senior architect coordinates activity and communication between clients and project team both in China and US, and is proficient at translating clients' functional and spatial requirements into feasible design solutions. Successful candidates may be required to go on business trips

Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture
- min. 5 years’ experience preferred
- Ability to lead design through all aspects of its execution
- Experience coordinating projects
- Management of project schedules
- Passion for mentoring younger design talent
- Ability to work with AutoCAD, sketchup, indesign, photoshop, microsoft office
- Overseas education and work experience a plus
- Good English communication skill
- Interior project experience a plus
- Travel may be required
