职位描述
？ Business partner with district leaders to drive finance and business goals.
？ Enforce HBS and corporate policy compliance and control.
？ Perform monthly booking, revenue, operating income and cash variance analysis to understand business performance.
？ Prepare and review monthly district forecast as well as Annual Operating Plan.
？ Be responsible for district management reporting and drive continued improvements in automating reporting and analysis.
？ Interface with shared finance functions to ensure accuracy of reporting.
？ Provide projects and contract support. Engage in project bidding review. Ensures projects estimates are reasonable and compliant with accounting rules and policies. Provides inputs to the business to negotiate payment terms and contract terms.
？ Review working capital and drives cash flow improvement initiatives for the district.
Education level and relevant experiences
？ Min 6 years experience in multi-national corporation
？ Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting required; CPA / MBA preferred but not required
？ Familiar with ERP system; Oracle/ SAP and Hyperion are plus
Knowledge and skills
？ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
？ Excellent analytic and problem solving skills – experience with project accounting or costing preferred
？ Microsoft office skills, in particular advanced excel skills is essential. Experience of working with ERP systems and strong grasp of GAAP.
？ Ability to develop a strong partnership/team building relationship with their immediate team and key internal customers.
？ Ability to drive process improvement and own complex analysis.
？ Business acumen
？ Be comfortable in a results driven environment.
？ Self-starter; proactively in identifying opportunities and risks.
？ Time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
