因公司业务大量增加，公司扩展壮大，现招聘网络客服2名

岗位职责：
1.负责各渠道网站的客服接待工作，能运用旺旺/QQ等在线聊天工具回答客户问题；
2.有较强的语言表达能力和在线沟通能力，耐心细致，具有良好的服务意识，责任感强；
3.能冷静的处理客户售后问题；
4.收集整理客户信息，及时向领导反馈客户的意见和建议；
5.具备团队协作精神，与团队成员一起协调处理各种客户和交接问题；
6.会产品编辑，图片处理，上传，简单的关键字优化；

岗位要求：
1 大专及以上学历。
2 具备客服相关工作经验一年以上，有淘宝客服电商工作经验者优先。
3 熟练使用办公自动化等软件。熟悉互联网相关运用。
4 勤奋上进，服务意识强，高度责任感，头脑灵活，良好的团队意识。

5 上班时间：周一至周五8:30-17:30（12:00-13:00午休）公司提供工作餐一顿

薪资：底薪2500-4000+业绩提成
