岗位职责：

1、负责客服部的工作计划和安排；

2、负责客户订单的接收、计划、转化、分解与执行；

3、负责客户资料的整理收集保存；

4、负责客户订单的跟踪；

5、负责与客户的沟通，了解客户需求；

6、负责客诉处理；

7、负责与采购、仓库、财务部门的工作沟通；

8、负责本部门的人员管理；

9、领导安排的其它事务性工作。

岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、2年以上的客户服务工作经验，相关领域从业者优先；
3、良好的协调和沟通能力、人际交往能力和语言表达能力；
4、较强的责任心和执行力，富有工作热情和团队意识。
