Profile:
1.B.S. Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical and Quality, Business management
2.Minimum 2years work experience in related Quality Engineering role such as quality control, ISO management system, mechanical inspection
3.Highly motivated, organized, and detail oriented
4.Knowledge of programming coordinate measuring equipment
5.Being able to understand technical drawings
6.Good interpersonal and communications skills; must be a team player
7.Fluent in spoken and written English
8.PC Skills (i.e. Excel, Word, etc)

Responsibilities:
1.aid to establishment of quality control from in-coming parts to finished goods
2.assist to develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation.
3.assist to coordinate the quality related activities internally
4.assist in the supplier complaint solving
5.Work closely with relevant parties, on all activities required to effectively support to meet quality related requirements internally & externally
6.Responsible for SAP operation for goods receiving post, inspection plan and supplier complaint creating
7.Maintain accurate document/records in accordance with company policy and procedure
8.Proposal to cost saving measuring tools and measuring methods according to the requirement of the specifications
9.Evaluation of the test results according to the company’s quality standards and requirements
10.Set up and stabilize the inspection team, offer inspection method training to inspectors

1.大学工程学位；最好机械、质量管理专业毕业
2.至少2年在质量工程方面工作经验；如质量控制、ISO管理体系、机械检验等;
3.具主动、计划和深入细致特点。
4.具有操作相关的检测设备的知识
5. 能够看懂机械绘图
6.良好的人际沟通技能；团队合作精神。
7.流利说写英文。
8. 电脑操作技能(如Excel、Word等)


职责：
1. 配合建立从进货检验到最终产品的质量质量控制方法。
2.协助开发和建立检验、测试和评估等相关标准和方法。
3.协助内部与质量相关的各项活动。
4.协助解决投诉供应商质量问题。
5.与相关部门合作，有效支持并满足内外部质量相关的要求。
6.负责SAP系统内关于收货，检验计划和供应商投诉的相关操作。
7.准确维护文件记录以确保符合公司政策和规定的要求。
8.根据规范的要求提供降低成本的检测工具及检测方法
9.根据公司的质量标准和要求对测试结果做出评估
10.建立并稳固检验团队，为检验员提供检测方法的培训。
