About this role:
This role is base in Shanghai who will reporting to IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

? performs SAP system administration; providing insight needed to optimize and maintain the overall SAP reliability, availability and performance
? meet defined SLAs by providing hands on support; provide technical leadership for complex incidents
? responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of all SAP system Basis components and assists in the planning, design and architecting of SAP systems
? continuously drive sustainable operational excellence in the areas of optimizing services and work processes, improving quality and reliability (reduce incidents, defects and waste) and lowering total delivery costs
? works closely with other technical teams to ensure appropriate capacity planning actions and optimization of SAP services
? define and implement effective and efficient support models and processes
? provide leadership & execute SAP upgrades/releases including support/enhancement pack implementations
? ensure regulatory and legal compliance
? develop and foster relationships with external contacts
? understand IT vendor directions for area of competency
? partner with business support functions to use existing business systems more effectively and efficiently
? provide product/life cycle, vendor and contract management for applications supported
? provide leadership & implement SAP services per project requirements
? participate in on-call rotation and monthly releases as needed

Key Requirements:

? bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or in a related technical discipline (e.g., Engineering or Science) or equivalent education, technical training and experience
? 7+ years of experience working with Information Technology
? 5+ years Basis experience
? broad knowledge of IT system administration and IT Infrastructure
? ability to manage complex technical issues across a variety of platforms
? excellent communication skills
? ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team; team oriented with a belief in collaboration and knowledge sharing
? ability to manage small to medium size projects
? continuous improvement mindset
? inquisitive and fast-learner
? thorough understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service delivery methodology
? ability to work effectively across Global IT organization and the business functional areas
? understanding of IT Risk, Compliance and Security Policies
