This is a leading European multinationals with decades of establishment and unparalleled reputation in the marketing. They are currently seeking for a Tax Manager.
Key Responsibility:
drive overall tax planning – Identify and implement tax planning initiatives to minimise tax in the region
drive transfer pricing policy and compliance – Insure regional affiliates are in compliance with transfer pricing documentation and other tax laws
country legislation and regulations – monitor developments on new tax regulations and legislation
prepare country income tax returns – Insure compliance with tax return reporting, including managing relationships with external tax advisors and coordinate the engagement of the organisation’s regional tax provider.
tax compliance and planning – provide support for VAT, real and personal property tax, excise taxes, wage and other employment taxes
restructuring Advice – support integration of acquired businesses and expansions, including post-acquisition strategic tax planning, as well as analysing existing legal structure and recommending improvements. Advise business and functional leadership on tax and potential impact of laws and regulations on the organisation’s operation

Key Requirements:
education – CPA or public accounting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
a minimum of 7+ years of relevant income tax experience, including experience in working with large multinational manufacturing groups
must be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with a genuine desire to help others succeed
excellent communications skills (written, verbal, listening) including ability to interact comfortably with Legal, Financial and Business leadership
