Job Purpose: Plans and executes the client reporting projects (Oracle/SQL database driven). Interacts with cross-functional teams and on shore team to ensure the project time lines achieved and with high quality. Support new initiatives to ensure on-time deployment. Success is determined based on accuracy, on time rate, productivity as well as stakeholders’ feedback.

Duties and Responsibilities
？ Plan, schedule and establish workflow within the area of operation with regular monitor in order to meet the overall schedule of the assigned project, client deliverables.
？ Communication –Ensure theteam plans / schedules / issues are proactively communicated with other related teams for further action planning; Have regular updates between different operation teams to ensure process and procedures are aligned;
？ Delivery –Achieve project delivery schedules within ongoing emphasis to improve efficiency, accuracy, timeliness and cost effectiveness
？ Team management - supervise team activities, facilitates metric/information analysis and drive for quality assurance/improvement.
？ Involve in operation initiatives/improvements, document and facilitate delivery of enhancements.
Requirements:
？ Bachelor’s degree in Science/Business Administration, Marketing (Operations); (For technical team leader with Computer Science degree)
？ 5 years or above year’s working experience with 2 years above in supervisor role. It is a plus in FMCG Industry;
？ Experience managing the team with around 10 members
？ Good logical thinking, sensitive with data
？ Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive results
？ Knowledge of Database, BI, SQL and Oracle
？ Experience project management skills (on time, according to scope and with flexibility when required ) (Plus)
