Job Description
1.Perform clients’ operations for GTS :
-Opening letters of credit
-Bills collection business (Import and Export)
-Negotiation, forfeiting and other type of trade financing
-Bank Guarantee
2.L/C advising
3.Report any potential operational risk & ensure no operation error
4.Keep her/him permanently informed of SAFE/PBOC regulations and maintain an updated file
5.Make daily, weekly, ten-day, monthly, quarterly and yearly SAFE report regarding bills
6.Back up payment & loan staffs

Job Requirement
1. Essential Technical Knowledge/Skills:
- Good knowledge on Export / Import / Guarantee products
- Solid knowledge of UCP600, ISBP, URGD758, URC522 & etc
- Familiar with SAFE & PBOC regulations and reporting systems
- Average knowledge on oversea remittance related international rules, regulations and practices.
2. Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in trade related banking operations.
- Adequate trade operations experience.
- Bachelor degree or above
- Capable to work effectively under pressure and tight deadline.
- Innovative and willing to accept new ideas and changes.
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong sense of risk and fraud control.
- Good knowledgeable on PC skill
