职位:Marketing Manager 职位编号：FK/MM0115/51

Responsibility:
-Be the Marketing lead to a portfolio of international well-known apparel & footwear brands for kids with several hundred points of sales (POS)
-Lead national Marketing strategies, activities, analysis, process, training and budget
-Manage Marketing team based in Shanghai & marketing staff in 6 local branches to generate (i) Brand Awareness via consumer touch-points like PR/ In-store Promotion/ Advertising and (ii) Loyalty via CRM program
-Work seamlessly with sales team, other teams to drive business success
-To manage and be responsible for CRM program, to ensure the successful implementation of CRM Strategy.
-Be responsible for “digital marketing” as website promotion process, able to skillfully use all kinds of Internet resources, related industry network media, BBS, blogs, etc in website promotion work.


Requirement:
-Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing/ Arts & Fashion/ Business postgraduate qualification a plus
-6-8 years of hands on experience in retail/ apparel/ footwear marketing in China, at least 3 years of managerial level experience
-Attributes: Strategic, resourceful, creative, passionate and hands-on
-Familiarity with traditional online & offline marketing means, CRM marketing and China apparel /footwear business environment
-Ready to analyze and recommend based on numbers
-Experience with international fashion labels and chains preferred
-Location: Based in Shanghai. Willing to travel in major cities of China as required
-Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
