Summary
A renowned investment bank is looking for a Senior Java Developer tos to lead and contribute to the development of a large, complex Client Clearing project involving integration with multiple clearing houses. This role is based in Shanghai.

Key responsibilities:
- develop and deliver major components of critical transactional systems that support complex clearing, confirmation and lifecycle event workflows
- support complex workflows and business rules using JAVA, Spring, Hibernate, Sybase/DB2 and MQ Series
analyse, design and build architecturally sound, modular components of a complex system under tight as well as mandatory deadlines

Key requirements:
- knowledge of java, Unix/Linux (5+ years), Perl, XML, Spring, Hibernate and SQL
- in-depth experience in building message based systems using messaging products such as IBM MQ, TIBCO
- experience with rules based frameworks such as JBoss Drules
- knowledge of C#, Sybase/DB2
- ability to coordinate across teams and liaise with users
- experience in derivative trade clearing systems such as MarkitSERV, VCON, ICE Link
