职责:

1. 建立可靠及稳定的喷粉制程,以确保新产品及新项目在规定期限内能够顺利有效地进入量产.

2. 持续不断地改善喷粉制程,提高生产效率,降低生产成本.

3. 制定相关文件, 操作指导说明书和喷粉制程数据表.

4. 制定及调整喷粉机械手参数,熟悉瓦格纳喷涂系统.

5. 基于产品及制造的要求,为服务器,电脑机箱等五金铁件制作喷粉夹具.

6. 解决厂内或供应商喷粉日常生产的问题,以提高产品的品质和效率.

7. 其它由部门经理指定的任务.

职位要求：

1. 大专以上学历，高分子和化工相关专业.有良好的英语读写能力.

2. 有相关粉末,颜色光泽的调整,性能测试的经验.

3. 有项目管理的经验

4. 有喷粉,烤漆夹具,五金夹具的设计.

5. 问题的解决和分析(根本原因分析,DOE,FMEA,统计工具等)

6. 熟悉喷涂自动化设备,包括瓦格纳往复机.

7. 熟悉CAD或 Pro/E 及Office办公软件.

8. 有熟练的Six Sigma知识.

Powder coating engineer (1)

Responsibility:

1. Build-up reliable & stable powder coating process in order to ensure new products & project can be realized effectively according to schedule for mass production;

2. Continuously improve powder coating process to improve efficiency/reliability and reduce cost of mass production;

3. Build-up related procedure, WI and process data sheet of powder coating.

4. Set up the powder coating machine parameter, need to be familiar with Wagner powder coating system.

5. Design powder coating fixtures for server, chassis products etc metal based on product and manufacturing requirements

6. Trouble-shooting of daily production in powder coating process in factory or external powder coating suppliers to improve product quality and efficiency

7. Other work assigned by department manager

Position Requirement

1. Bachelor degree holder, Major in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering or related;

2. Possess experience in commercial paint preparation color development ,quality testing practices, Commercial application and industrialization processes;

3. Experience on project implement is required;

4. Knowledge in powder coating metal part fixture is an asset

5. Trouble-shooting and analytical skills (root cause analysis, DOE, FMEA, Statistical engineering) are preferred

6. Be familiar with automatic powder coating equipment, including Wagner powder coating.

7. Good at MS office, AutoCAD, Pro/E

8. Proficient in Six Sigma Trained
