德国舒勒集团，作为世界压力设备生产制造历史最悠久的企业之一，为以压力设备生产制造、零部件生产等为主。为拓展德国舒勒集团产生和服务网络，该公司在中国天津成立了舒勒（天津）高新金属成形技术有限公司，主要生产汽车双离合器变速器、电控机械变速器相关的零部件。
舒勒（天津）高新金属成形技术有限公司投资3150欧元（约2.72亿人民币）于天津市空港经济区新建工厂，项目占地面积16000平方米，总建筑面积12662.6平方米。预计于2015年春天落成并投入使用，项目建成后将形成320万个汽车变速箱零部件的年生产能力。
现公司招聘模具工，具体职责和要求如下：

Responsibilities:
? Die Maintenance – reactive and preventive - in due consideration of operational availability, cost and quality
模具维修，考虑到可操作性、成本、质量；
? Optimization of processes and production
优化工艺和生产
? Troubleshooting in production on short notice
在最短的时间内解决生产上出现的问题；
? Participation in manufacturing meetings and project reviews
参加生产会议和项目评审

Qualification:
? Education as die maker
有模具相关的教育背景；
? Good knowledge in forming technology
有金属成形方面的知识；
? Experience in powertrain dies will be a plus
最好有传动系统模具相关的工作经验
? Good knowledge in MS-Office
良好的MS-Office操作技能
? Good knowledge in English will be a plus
最好有英文应用能力
? Analytic and solution-orientated thinking
分析思维和解决问题导向
? Willingness for shiftwork
愿意倒班
? Willingness for performance and individual initiative
