职位：销售运营助理
Position: Sales Assistant
主要职责：
1、 商超渠道订货和结算处理 （系统订单制作、销售结算、订单任务传递，订单数据统计等）确保销售订单的及时准确实施；销售出库单制作。
2、 国内销售和出货数据的统计，数据录入,预测以及归档管理
3、 销售发票的申请，核对，准备邮寄及跟踪，以及应收款项的台帐
4、 与其他部门的协调沟通工作
5、 其他临时性工作
任职要求：
1. 良好的英语书面和口头表达能力，日常沟通的邮件（中文为主）须商务而专业。
Good written and oral English, good email skill (mainly Chinese)
2. 对数据尤其是价格敏感仔细，具备良好的沟通协调能力，耐心细致有包容力；
Sensitive to data/price and approved capability of good communication and coordination with other function. We prefer to person with patience and tolerance in human relation.
3. 习惯在快速高效的环境中工作，勇于发现问题并维护各销售环节的有序进行；
Adapted to high-efficient working environment and be frank to find issues and improve sales operation process.
4. 熟练运用Office 2010各项基本软件，尤其是OUTLOOK和EXCEL（英文版）。
Very good command of all basic software in Office 2010(Outlook & Excel is a must)
