职位描述
职位描述(Job Descriptions)：
To oversee all QC activities, establish and maintain an effective QC system, ensure all ex-factory products in good quality.
To built and maintain the ISO9001 quality system, continuously improve the internal process.
To improve the quality awareness of all employee in the company.
To liaison with customer on quality issues so as to achieve optimum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
To deal with Customer Complaint correctly and felicitously.
To oversee all supplier quality control issues.
To be responsible for projects transferred from In-house to subcon.
To support Production to improve the quality of production process.
Strictly to control inspection procedure and guarantee effective inspection.
To guarantee all of the drawings and relevant technical documents in validity and latest version.
To guarantee all of the measuring instruments and gauges in validity.
To set up and form a quality consciousness in all employees mind.
To carry out any other duties as and when directed by superior Managers.
职位要求(Job Requirements)：
At least 5 years or above management experience in quality function.
Bachelor Degree or above. Major in mechanical engineering or similar.
Strong leadership and skills in manpower development and succession.
Good communication , coordination and organization ability with internal or external people
To be versed in machining process and machinery design
To be versed in QA and QC, Quality System, for example, ISO9000
To be familiar to Supplier and Subcontractor management
To be familiar to various measuring tooling and instruments
