Responsibility:

- To assist Production Manager in daily activities. Production data collection and reporting. Key user of SAP in production area. 5S secretarial responsibility.
- Secretarial duties for Production Manager.
- Secretarial duties at production team meeting
- Developing and compiling production weekly and monthly report for Production Manager as needed for management meeting.
- 5S main controller.
- Co-ordination work between supervisor and Production Manager.
- Raise PR for production supplies and packaging materials.
- Production attendance data collection and report.
- Production KPI data collection and reporting.
- Other tasks assigned by Production Manager.

Requirement:

- College degree,graduate in 2015 is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good data analyze skills
- Good computer skills.
- Familiar SAP System
- Fluent in both written and oral English
