Position Summary
Be responsible for the branch IT management/implementation/operation and service
Principal Accountabilities
1. Be responsible for the branch IT operation and make sure the environment stable管理分公司正常IT运营，保证系统畅通运行
2. Be responsible to set up the branch IT strategy, initialtive and implement them within budget 保证分公司发展各项IT建设方案制定以及审核，并进行成本控制
3. To assist company level infrastructure project implementation locally协助总公司IT进行各类项目在本地的实施
4. To be responsible for the non-dentralized procurement and local vendor management 协助总公司负责分公司各个办公室硬件系统的选型及采购管理及分公司IT硬件供应商的管理;
5. Be the interface between IT and branch users定期与分公司业务部门沟通，并汇报总公司关于分公司发展信息
6. Provide the operation report to home office infrastructure team提供公司运营汇报给总公司
Typical Minimum Experience
? 5y+ IT infrastructure management experiences, be familiar with the budgeting and expense control5年以上IT企业运营及管理经验，了解内部控制及成本控制
? 4-6 years of IT infrastructure project managent experiences4-6年IT相关项目实施及项目管理经验，了解项目管理方法及控制
Professional/ Technical Competencies
? IT technical skills, familizr with different IT service framwork极好的IT技术背景，熟悉各类技术体系及规范
? Familiar with the local IT environment and industry熟悉当地IT环境，了解行业情况
Transferable Competencies/ Personal Attributes
? Good communication skills and coordination skills, can work under proessure良好的语言能力和沟通能力以及协调能力，可以在压力下工作
