Develop and maintain good relationship with Field Sales customers. Identify sales opportunity and obtain more business to achieve sales target with good team work spirit.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

主要职责:

Implement all affairs related to business maintain and growth, providing professional sales performance report and marketing trend analysis at a certain period.

完成与业务维护和增长相关的事务,提供专业的销售业绩报告和特定时期的市场趋势分析。

Achieve the sales budget and targets.

完成销售预算和目标。

Input into sales management system and address customer's inquiries and concerns immediately.

及时完成销售管理系统的输机并解决客户的需求及关注点。

Interface and communicate with all related products and departments to set SOP to ensure smooth operation to minimize customer's complaint or service issues. For any service failure occurred, timely response and report will be taken to lessen the impact.

与业务相关产品及部门互动沟通,建立SOP标准化流程,确保平稳操作,最小化客户的抱怨及服务问题。对于发生的服务失败,及时反馈和报告,减少影响。
Be responsible to push AR collection.

负责应收帐款的收取。
Have good sense to identify sales opportunity, arrange weekly sales visits efficiently through conversion, retention and penetration activities to gain more business.

有良好的销售机会判断能力,有效地安排每周的销售面访直到转化为实际业务,维护已有业务并深入渗透获得更多业务。

Refer to the yearly announced "Sales Incentive Plan" to strictly follow up the principle to meet the sales quota and the set KPI in a required period.

参考每年的销售奖励计划,跟进完成销售额和特定时期KPI的原则。

Comply with company Business Rule.

遵守公司的业务准则。

Any other duties are assigned by manager.
完成经理安排的工作。

Job Requirements:

职位需求:

Bachelor degree or above.

大学及以上学历。

Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or operational departments within the forwarding industry.

在国际货运代理行业的销售或操作部门,有至少2年的工作经验。

Good knowledge of Field Sales KPI implementation and AR collection.
熟悉现场销售KPI指标执行和AR的收取。
Good communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skill.

良好的沟通、商务会谈、演示和人际交往能力。
Must be able to read, write and translate in English.

良好的英语读写翻译能力。

Good use in Word, Excel, PPT, etc. MS office software.

熟练使用微软Word,Excel,PPT等办公软件。

Other Skills:Honest, Analysis & Judgment, Customer focus, Team work,Positive working attitude, Attentive to details.

其他技能:坦率,分析和判断能力,以客户为导向,团队合作,积极的工作态度,注重细节。
