Job Responsibilities:

1. Deal with customer feedback & complaints

2. In charge of total product quality including in-process & finished goods. Make sure the qualified delivery.

3. Participate in new product development and help to complete FMEA, make control Plan & Gate reviews.

a) Make sure the control plan be implemented effectively.

4. Organize the quality issue resolving by NCR and finalize the result.

5. Ensuring the all instruction validity. Provide the proper test software and test method for

a) efficient inspection. Ensuring the product conformity.(In-process, CPA, PDI.)

6. In charge of the measuring device, test equipment & tools maintenance, calibration and development.

7. Develop, maintain & improve quality information system like CAPA, CAR, SPC, capability data, etc

8. Participate in Value Steam Mapping activities. Address and implement continual improvements in related areas

9. Reporting all quality indicators and follow up action for improvement.

Qualification:

1. Practical knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 Quality System requirement, like APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, etc

2. Ability to quickly learn new applications and new technologies.

3. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in teams. Ability to take a lead role in trouble-shooting and performing root cause analysis to solve problems and implement countermeasures.

5. Lean and/or Six Sigma background will be preferred..

6. Ability to work well under compressed time constraints and limited direction.

7. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at one time.

8. Flexibility to travel, on short notice as necessary.
