岗位职责：

· Lead the underlings to achieve the filling target;带领下属完成灌装工作；

· Ensure all employees are treated fairly and provide necessary training to underlings; 公正对待下属并提供必要的培训；

· Be responsible for the SAP data and make sure the accuracy;负责SAP系统数据录入及准确；

· Work with peers in Plan, Procurement, Quality, HSE, Maintenance to optimize the performance of the filling;通过与计划、采购、质量、安全、维修的协力合作使灌装达到最大绩效；

· Optimize the resources such as the manpower and the equipment, improve the production efficiency and volume; Research the technical problem in production operation, raise the solutions; 优化人力资源以及设备，提高生产效率和产量；调查生产作业中的技术问题，提出解决办法；

· Attend the receiving of the oil vessel as the loading master; 做为接船主管参与油轮的接收；

· Monthly stocking taking and investigation of variance; 负责灌装装每月的盘点，调查偏差的原因；

· Ensure concerned quality and safety control can be effective enforced ;确保相关质量和安全措施得到有效执行；

· Housekeeping management to make the filling workshop clean and tidy;卫生管理确保车间的干净与整洁；

· Necessary HSE and quality management;必要的健康，安全，环境以及质量的管理；

· Daily management of the HSE in the dominative area, report deviation, observe subordinates deviation report and change.辖区日常的健康安全环保管理，报告背离事件，监督下属的背离事件的报告情况并负责对背离事件进行改进。

任职要求：

· BS degree or above in chemical engineering，Mechanical or related;化学工程，机械或相关专业的本科或以上学历；

· 5+ years experience in manufacturing with 2+ experience in manufacturing management in international firms;在国际性企业具有5年或以上的生产经验并具备2年或以上的管理经验；

· Well known of ISO 9000/TS16949 and ISO 14000/OHSAS18000;熟悉ISO 9000/TS16949 和 ISO 14000/OHSAS18000；

· Good knowledge and skills in site improvement, PM, lean; 在现场改善，预防性维修和精益上具有良好的知识和技能；

· Fluent English and good at computer operation; 熟练的英语口语和书写，良好的电脑操作技能；

· Preferable communication ability and team consciousness.良好的团队意识和沟通能力。

· Familiar with Sap. 熟悉SAP。

天津润滑油调配厂是道达尔中国的全资子公司道达尔(天津)工业有限公司的下属生产厂，投产后将生产全系列的润滑油。工厂最大年产量预计将达20万公吨, 于2011年11月1日开工，计划于2013年3月正式投产。
天津润滑油调配厂旨在进一步完善道达尔在中国的润滑油战略布局，现有广州和镇江的业务覆盖华南地区，天津新厂将覆盖华北和西部市场。新建天津润滑油调配厂采用世界一流的技术与设备，将生产种类齐全的润滑油产品，供应汽车及摩托车、工业、初始设备制造(OEM)及航运市场。产品均达到最严苛的欧洲质量标准。此外，工厂的建设和运营也将严格执行国际最高的安全和环境标准。新厂建成后，将为本地和国际合作伙伴提供高附加值的产品与服务。天津新厂还将提供道达尔特有的燃油经济型润滑油产品，为车辆和重型设备降低油耗。
