职位描述

Finance Manager-Financial Manager-财务经理-a foreign Manufacturing Company

Report to:
Finance Controller

Main Responsibilities:
1. Under the direction of Finance Controller, this position will be responsible for daily BU finance activities.
2. Lead and direct finance team to ensure finance service is good enough to support the business;
3. Establish and develop the finance systems;
4. Provide training chance to subordinates in order to effective work, continuity succession as well;
5. Establish and maintain good relationship with local banks and relating government departments;
6. Ensure Chinese tax requirements are adhered to and all records and reports meet the requirements of local tax authority;
7. Ensure all foreign currency related transactions (such as receipts, advanced receipts, payments, prepayments, and loan) follow SAFE's regulations and requirements.
8. Ensure prompt corporate reporting on financial results;
9. Establish a system or tool for analyzing financial KPIs and financial results;
10. Provide quality financial information to management for making good decisions;
11. Back-up of costing supr/mgr and assist costing supr/mger on cost analysis and budget planning;
12. Oversee cash disbursing activities, administers policies procedures as well to ensure compliance, prepare
13. and analyze cash flow projections;
14. Coordinate with other departments when necessary;
15. Other tasks assigned by superior.
Main Requirements:
1. Refer to Target Agreement
2. Experience and Competencies:
3. Major in accounting with bachelor or master degree, CPA certification preferred.
4. 5+ year finance/accounting experience in MNC environment and at least 3 years in managerial level positions;
5. Expert at Finance Analysis, Finance Control, Finance Reporting and other finance/accounting areas;
6. Experience in costing management is a plus;
7. Leadership & team spirit;
8. Computer skills: Office , especially Excel;
9. Knowledge and experience with a major ERP system, SAP preferred
10. Good command of English both oral and written, be able to communicate direct with German headquarter;
11. Flexibility, enthusiasm, good communication skills and ability to analyze and solve problems.
