Key Responsibility

1. Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.

2. Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies (setting safety stock levels etc.) on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs in close coordination with the Global Business Unit.

3. Interact with sales to understand demand forecast drivers within the Global and Regional organization

4. Assist Logistics Manager to update SOP and complete annual audit.

5. Daily order fulfillment processing and routing optimization in supply chain, including,

a. Contact window for sales / customers, plants & suppliers

b. Shipment tracking & payment collection

c. Special freight management

d. Exception management and root cause analysis

e. Claim handling

Requirements:

l Bachelor's degree, Supply Chain related major is preferred;

l Minimum 3 years logistics & demand planning related experience;

l Knowledge of ERP operation;

l Ability to work across functional teams, with multi-cultural global teams and with external customers with strong communication skills; Patient, stable & reliable;

l Fluent & effective verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
