招聘人员工作范围：
Job Description of the new hire：
? Identify and manage trading opportunities for non-refined products from our office in Shanghai
? 能够在上海公司识别和管理有色金属产品交易机会
? Build and develop strong business relationships with smelters & traders in China and in the region, in line with the global business strategy and objectives
? 在中国和在中国范围区域内，与冶炼厂和交易员建立和发展强大的业务关系，符合全球商业策略和目标
? Build and manage profitable and sustainable trading position ensuring that all internal management tools (Trading Position, Terms and Transactions templates) are continuously updated and shared with the other key functions within Awin Singapore and Shanghai offices
? 建立和管理盈利和持续的交易头寸，确保所有内部工具（交易头寸、条款和交易模板）连续不断更新，在新加坡和上海公司内部分享关键功能
? Lead at least one major improvement project per year with respect to administration, operation or trading in the division
? 每年至少领导一个重大的项目改进,关于管理、操作、或交易

需具备条件：
Job Requirements：
? 3-7 years of proven experience in the non-refined copper trading industry
? 3-7年有色金属铜贸易相关工作经验
? Proven business relationships with Chinese copper smelters (with other customers in Asia will be a plus)
? 与中国铜熔炼厂有业务关系往来（与亚洲其他客户有相关业务关系更加）
? Understanding of key concepts of risk management and hedging
? 掌握风险管理和套利保值的关键点及概念
? Chinese & English spoken-written fluent
? 中英文听说读写流利
? Personable approach and a team player
? 擅长独立工作及团队配合
? Excellent communication skills and highly proactive
? 良好的沟通技巧及积极主动意识
? Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business and/or Finance
? 本科（经济学、贸易学、财务相关专业）
