职位描述
- For our Healthcare Shanghai Center, we are looking for a Head of Product Definiation.
What are my responsibilities?
- Head product management for the entry-level to mid-range CT system portfolio (M3 segment).
- Ensure good communication and synchronization with R&D, Marketing, and the headquarters based product management teams of the business unit.
- Support product strategy and roadmap development to ensure competitive products
- Drive development and cross-process synchronization of competitive positioning, unique selling points, and features of the respective CT systems and software versions.
- Be responsible for business case development, product requirements, workflow concepts, and price-book.
- Observe global market trends and needs from clinical, operational and financial perspective and derive product implications.
- Build upon a global network of clinical partners to ensure thorough understanding of clinical trends and customer needs.
- Manage a team of inbound products managers in Shanghai and ensure strategic guidance, resource allocation, and skill management.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- University degree in medicine, engineering, physics, economics or comparable
- Excellent knowledge of the global imaging market place
- Excellent knowledge of the clinical, operational and business requirements of purchase decision makers
- Previous experience in upstream product management, marketing, sales or in comparable positions
- Good knowledge of CT applications and CT technology
- Good understanding of the sales, R&D, and controlling processes
- Excellent networking and communication skills with internal and external partners in an international environment
- Intercultural competence and sensitivity
- Experience in leading and motivating a team
- Well-balanced capability profile (strategy, innovation, goal orientation, focused approach)
- Fluent command of the English language as well as the ability to travel internationally is mandatory. Command of the Chinese or German language will be an advantage
