职位描述
Responsibilities:
-To ensure HS&E policies and procedures are implement properly
Plan, direct and implement safety policies, procedures and programs in accord with compliance with local,
state and federal rules and regulations to continuously improve safety practices and performance per
Group guidelines
Plan and direct the implementation of programs to train our managers & employees to make aware of all
requirements concerning safety and environmental performance to include loss prevention, responding to
emergencies and the handling, storage and use of hazardous materials
Develop written procedures / programs designed to maintain compliance
-Act as Company representative to handle all legal entities
Stay abreast of changes in PRC legal and other regulatory requirements concerning HS&E and propose
and implement appropriate actions and controls to ensure strict compliance. Satisfy all reporting
requirements required by regulatory agencies

-To ensure all prevention process are under control
Inspect facilities to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, determine corrective or
preventative measures where indicated, and follow up to ensure measures have been implemented and
are effective.
Manage safety audit program, audit follow up and closure.
Keep track of health and safety rules and regulations in each location.
Review and provide analysis of industrial accident causes and hazards to health for use in developing
preventive actions.
- Staff development
Manage HSE staff to provide information as well as controls for the proper handling, storage, use,
disposal and response to emergencies involving hazardous materials or substances -work closely with
regional HQ to ensure all IT policies are the fully implement.
- As the agency to drive all HS&E program
Direct the conducting of required industrial hygiene monitoring for chemical exposure levels and provide
for corrective measures for all actionable exposure levels detected.
Develop a site HS&E staffing program and mentorship program to help grow and retain individuals within
the organization.
- Safety
Lead the investigation of accidents and injuries. Cooperate in the preparation of materials and evidence
for organization use in lawsuits and cooperate in insurance investigation.
- Others
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- 4-8 years working experience,of which at least three years management experience in large and medium enterprise production.
- Proficient in Chinese, English and Mandarin.
- Professional in computer applications : Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Planning, good team player and organizing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skill.
- Ability to influence & negotiate with teams from all levels of the organization and external suppliers.
- Good network and customer oriented.
- Strong leadership to motivate a team for driving results.
- Good negotiation skills and relationship with related parties.
- Analytical, logical, innovative, self-driven, resourceful.
