As QA Supervisor your main responsibilities will be to work closely with the Production Team Manager and ensure that the production maintain high quality and that all processes runs efficiently. The candidate needs to have extensive knowledge from handling knitted, woven and technical fabrics since the position requires the candidate to consult the Production Manager and solve problems that emerges regarding garments and their workmanship. The position as QA Supervisor also includes a high level of collaboration with the other members of the production team. As problems arise in factories, the position involves frequent trips to different factories (mainly situated in Jiangsu/Zhejiang) to solve problems related to the production process on site.

Desired skills and expertise:
? Textile/fabric educational background a plus
? Several years’ experience working as Senior Merchandiser, QC or QA related role needed
? Experience from handling technical garments a must, preferably from a factory environment.
? Good knowledge of garment workmanship and of knitted and woven fabric.
? Deep knowledge regarding the production process from sampling to shipment.
? Experience from team leadership a plus since the position demands a high level of collaboration and communication.
? Experience working with European customers
? Able to travel between factories frequently (factories mainly situated in Jiangsu/Zhejiang)
? Must be able to travel abroad for quality inspections (mainly to Indonesia)
? Great spoken and written English skills
? Honest, responsible, loyal, energetic and hardworking
