岗位职责：
1. Lead transport team to work with HSEQ team to set annual target, to develop logistics operation and safety standard and criteria based on Chinese rules & regulations and related requirements of Group.
2. As the key role of SMT project, manage the planning and implementation of the SMT system in all transportation activities of third part suppliers.
3. Well know VMS & WMS, complete overall business information collection, consolidation and analysis, reporting of Logistics KPI, efficiency and cost on regular base.
4. Monitor order delivery process to meet customer’s requirements and secure high order delivery on time rate by managing the performance of transporters properly.
5. Evaluate the performance of transportation suppliers periodically and involve in the tendering process of logistics so as to ensure the competence of transporters.
6. Identify cost saving opportunities in transportation activities; initiate, lead and manage all transportation cost efficiency projects.
7. Discipline and investigate operational errors to determine the cause, and recommend corrective action where needed;
8. Ensure the proper implementation of SOP in 3PL providers through auditing, monitoring and training regularly if necessary.
9. According to the changing functionality and business needs, provide training to subordinates and sub-contractors to be ensure logistics operation is in line with TLC procedures and instructions;
任职要求：

1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Logistics
2. At least 10 years working experience with international chemical companies in transportation with at least 5 years of team management experience.
3. Analytical thinking and sensibility to dissect and solve transportation problems, with meticulous attention to detail.
4. Shown ability to build, manage, energize and motivate teams of employees.
5. Good Communication skills, ability to lead by influence, convincing skills.
6. High business ethics, good command of English in reading, writing and speaking.
7. Strong skills in SAP system and Ms Office (Excel; Access; PowerPoint; etc.)
