Activities:

1. EOL management
? Manage the EOL project in national wide including: budget, application, delivery and sales tracking
? Close work with management to establish and improve the EOL procedure with align to Co. policy
? Close work with sales managers to allocate the budget and tracking the spending
? Close work with purchasing dept. to select the suppliers and manage the supplier to ensure service quality
? Close work with local sales team on daily operation
? Close work with legal team on contract and random checking as Co. assets
? Track the sales data on monthly basis with leverage to the sales target, provide monthly report
2. National CAPEX program
? Take the role as key coordinator for all national CAPEX program (with branded shop exclusive) including: Accelerator in 4S workshop, Leading Pilot in fleet.
? Develop and implement the national CAPEX program with align to marketing strategy, provide sales team on execution guideline
? Provide manager with monthly report on progress and improvement plan
3. Database management
? Manage the contract under all EOL & CAPEX budget
? Manage the customer database to support trade marketing activities
? Support management on customer data or sales data with analysis report composing
? Close communicate and collaborate with sales team and trade marketing team to drive business
4. Cross-functional support
? Support trade marketing team on daily operation
? Provide cross functional marketing support to other team.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor degree, Statistics relative preferred
? Substantial knowledge and understanding of after-service market, experience in Automotive equipment industry as a plus
? Excellent both in Mandarin and English, both orally and in writing
? Strong in data management and computer software skill, especially in Excel, PivotTable and etc.
? Good communication and negotiation skills, strong in implementation
? Ability to handle multiple tasks with respect to deadline, fast responding with down-to-earth working attitude
? Business analysis skill and team building spirit
