General Responsibilities: (summary of the role and responsibility of the position and its function in the group/Dept/ Org as well)
A. Be responsible for day to day operation management with respective territory

B. Perform as commercial function to promote business from existing clients

Detailed Responsibilities:
(specific tasks, jobs to be accomplished on routine base)

Be responsible for day to day operation management with respective territory

Set up internal scorecard to improve team productivity and efficiency

Use KPI format to measure subcontractors’ performance, hold regular review meeting ensure their service can meet DSV’s standard

Ensure EDI enterprise is 100% used, to manage data quality by exception report on regular basis

Give training and coach to team member when it is necessary Follow up with supervisors ensure all ocean business is carried out according to DSV standard and policies

To have professional communication with overseas office/agent and consignee if any service issues to achieve most customer satisfaction

To have close communication with carrier group and local carrier office

Any adhoc task assigned by ocean export manager

Perform as commercial function to promote business

Follow up by proper action with reference to result of quarterly customer satisfaction survey

Focus on top 20 existing routing order shippers, including regular client visiting (yearly or bi-yearly)

Promote local service(value added service) to routing order shippers (mainly by call)

Give strong support tosales/KAM in terms of some important client visiting
