Job Description

-Undertake all office secretarial work
-Logistic support to team lead, team members and business visitors
-Internal & external engagement/workshop arrangements
-Occasional verbal and written translations support to Team leads/visitors
-Focal point for Business travel arrangement
-Record and update staff movement. Logistic support for staff on-boarding and off-boarding
-Organize and make arrangement for expert review and/or other project events.
-Posting of documents in Livelink
-Take and circulate meeting minutes and other correspondences
-Maintain up-to-date master file and document filing
-Custodian of leave schedule
-Execute other ad-hoc secretarial works
-SAP user and focal point for payment

Requirements

-Diploma or Degree or equivalent professional qualification
-3+ years experiences in a similar position
-Fluent in Chinese and English language, both spoken and written
-Proficiency in MS software including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
-Mature, professional, organized, able to multi-tasking, team player, initiatives to help others
