Job Description:
1.Manage and issue B2C order invoice, assist in verifying accounting book and making adjustments; count, print, submit and file all vouchers and reports; follow up the invoice issue followed by return/ exchange products;
2.Order management: summarize orders and convert into unified format;
3.Responsible for the management of online/offline orders from time to time;
4.Responsible for the enquiry of related products;
5.Responsible for the systematic treatment of customer orders, including complaint process management, order process and data input;
6.Able to analyze and solve the problem independently；
7.Location is Shanghai Minhang.

职位描述：
1.管理和开具B2C订单发票、协助审核记账凭证、核对调整账目。统计、打印、呈交、登记、各类单据和报告，处理退换货过程中产生的发票后续问题。
2.订单整理：将获取的订单进行整理，统一成系统识别的格式；
3.负责随时处理线上及线下的订单；
4.负责相关产品信息的查询工作；
5.负责客户订单的系统处理，包括投诉管理流程、订单处理流程、数据录入；
6.具备独立分析问题和解决问题的能力；
7.工作地点为上海闵行

Qualification：
1.College degree or above;
2.Master in using word, excel and other office software;
3.Positive, serious, strong learning ability, able to work under pressure;
4.Team spirit;
5.Live in Minhang district is a plus.
