TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER - GREAT CHINA
This role is based in Shanghai, who will report to Infra Director

Key Responsibilities:
? the nature of the work is focused on Infrastructure and Technology in Greater China (Mainland, HK, Taiwan)
? manages team, sets team and individual goals that align with team and function goals
? coaches staff, creates opportunities for staff development, makes hiring decisions, drives performance management, recognition and rewards
? develops team structure that facilitates and maximizes individual and team performance.
? work is focused on both short-term and long-term planning, impact to the bottom line, and execution of strategies, with a focus on developing and managing organizational priorities.
? accountable for planning and managing infrastructure budgets, including wage base and headcount management
? leads functional discussions and initiatives across departments & teams & levels – Business and Technology
? lead and monitor the IT team and manage relationships with internal functional teams, internal business stakeholders, external partners and vendors
? report to the top level of IT leadership in China and Asia Pac
? lead the IT team to oversee Greater China's overall Infrastructure and technology development/planning, assure they align with the business strategies and Global Technology direction
? lead the team to provide Infrastructure solution and Technology Consultation to enable the business
? lead the team to facilitate project deployment of Infrastructure Technology and services
? lead the team to provide Infrastructure and Technology service delivery and support
? identify and implement internal Technology and Service improvements to enable business growth
? control and establish governance to the infrastructure and Technology project deployment and service management
? act as the bridge between local business functions and Global Technology teams, be a proactive member to optimize Global Technology solutions with local relevancy & customer focus
? keep updated with major technology trends and developments in the technical fields that may help company succeed
Key Requirements:
? bachelor degree in IT or Computer Science or related discipline
? good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
? minimum 12 years of working experience in Information Technology with exposure and experience in user requirement analysis, business engagement, IT operation, IT infrastructure consultation, project management and vendor management with at least 4 years of experience in managerial role
? have experience to manage matrix structure, strategic thinking, Service oriented, drive the future, champion and embrace change
? hands on experience in on server and/or network infrastructure, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IP Routing, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi
? exposure to Microsoft technologies including Windows AD, Exchange servers and storage administration would be an advantage
? strong analytical, interpersonal with good communication skills
? good team player who can work well independently and able to work under pressure
? excellent interpersonal and change management skills, possessing an ability to communicate at all levels across the business
? openness to ideas, able to demonstrate an ability to initiate change and influence other
? able to work in a fast-paced, embracing change and results-oriented environment
