职位描述
This position will be located in Shanghai, China. This is the role in ETS (Engineering Test Services) Electronic team. The Competitor Analysis Engineer is required to perform Aero products tear down, coordinate and collect products function and technology analysis, summarize report and share it with marketing and NPI team.
Responsibilities:
Perform competitive analysis as request from marketing, R&D, sourcing and factory as request;
Draft competitor analysis plan and coordinate with function teams for execution.
Responsible to collect, summarize, review all analysis data, prepare report for sharing by presentation and distribution;
Develop and improve methodology and process on competitive analysis on various Aero products;
Build up and maintain the database of competitive analysis for the business, continuously improve analysis accuracy and quality, provide more valuable suggestions.
Primary Qualifications:
Bachelors’ degree in electrical engineering, mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in electrical or mechanical development, test or related.
Electrical and Electronics knowledge (Analog & Digital, ability to read & understand schematics, wire lists, components, hand skills for disassembly).
Mechanical knowledge (basic mechanical measuring and drawing, has hand skill for parts assembly, basic knowledge for metal sheet material)
Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Good skill of using Excel and PPT, good presentation skill.
Additional Qualifications:
Strong oral and written communication skills both in Mandarin and English
Aviation product design or testing experience is highly preferred
Good customer interface skills with the ability to work directly with technical and non-technical personnel is preferred
Experienced in mechanical design is a plus.
Experienced work with international team.
