Product Allocation

¨ Initial allocation adjust/ size set based buying

¨ Handles allocation exceptions

¨ Transfer between different channels to maximize business opportunities.

In -Season Trading:

¨ Review product performance during season; provide input to Planning and Forecasting

¨ Inventory management

¨ Pricing and promotion tracking

¨ Demand and supply adjustments at channel level

¨ Generate orders against needs

· Provide product knowledge and insights for agent associate training

¨ Aligns and works closely with Planning teams, Retail Marketing and operation team.

Replenishment

¨ Manage replenishment based on off-take at stores

¨ Sets business rules of safety stock levels and replenishment cycle by store, by gender-category.

Job Request

¨ Minimum 3 years of progressive merchandising experience with an apparel manufacturer, retailer or marketer. Global experience is preferred

¨ Planning, allocation experience

¨ Strong analytical skills

¨ Strong EXCEL and PPT skill

¨ Clear logical thinking

¨ Fast business reaction

¨ Commercial Acumen

¨ Good numerical sensitivity
