Book keeping记账

- Record any revenue/expense/cost on a daily basis and ensue good monthly closing;

记录每天发生的收入成本费用,做好月结总账工作;

- Maintain cash and bank journals;

做好现金及银行存款日记账;

-Maintain construction and fixed asset sub-ledger;

记录在建工程和固定资产明细账

-Ensure all records in accordance with Chinese accounting rules;

确保所有记录符合中国会计准则;

-Ensure all cash/bank balance safety;

确保现金及银行存款的安全;

Financial reporting财务报告

-Provide financial report in line with Chinese accounting standards;

提供符合中国准则要求的报表;

-Provide any financial management information as requested by HQ;

提供总部需求的其他财务管理信息;

-Ensure data is delivered timely and with good quality;

保证财务数据的及时性和准确性;

Audit& Tax related to government 审计、税务等与政府有关的活动

-Familiar with and take the responsibility of on-line tax declaration system;

熟悉并负责网上报税流程;

-Keep safety of all invoice, certificates related to tax;

保管好各种发票、税控IC卡及各种税务证件;

-Keep good communication with local tax bureau ,industrial and commercial bureau;

与当地政府保持积极有效的沟通;

Support to manager对经理的协助

-support manager to complete other assigned tasks.

协助经理完成其他交办的工作任务。

任职要求：

- University degree or above;

大本以上文凭;

- Certificate of Accounting Professional;

有会计从业资格证书；

- At least 2 years work experience in finance functions; Familiar with construction in progress accounting and Tax reporting process;

2年以上财务工作经验，熟悉建设项目的核算流程及税务申报流程；

- Good Excel skill;

熟练操作办公软件，特别是Excel;

- Can speak and write German;

能运用德语进行一般的读写及交流;

- Honest, responsible.
