Responsible for the control of supplier performance and undertake the following tasks in the quality and production areas:? Supplier assessment audits, 8D follow-up, and site visits? Build up the supplier relationship? Ensure of the supplier conformance with company's requirements? Develop and maintain the Company's Supplier Verification Program.? Process improvement definition / suggestions? Project management to launch new components, from order placement to delivery? Quality inspection of finished products and acceptance and approval/use of marginal product? Work with the Managers to establish and maintain the Approved Supplier's List (ASL)? Supplier quality training and productivity improvement monitor ? Liaison between Crown Equipment and suppliers in China for Quality Issues? Take part in the projects assigned by plant to support manufacturing, product development and quality efforts
Skills/Qualifications: ? Collage/Bachelor degree or above in mechanical/manufacturing engineering;? About 3-5 years related working experience in a multinational manufacturing company;? Good communication skill both in English &?; Chinese;? Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel and Access;? Familiar with material handling equipment manufacturing processes (castings, forgings, machining, plastic injection molding, paint and powder coating, resistance welding, assembly, electronics, hydraulics, gears, and steel fabrication processes)? Comprehension of engineering practices and drawings? Well command of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)? Well command of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) tools and skills? Six Sigma training? Lean Production training? PC-DMIS CMM training, and familiar with various inspection tools and instruments? ISO 9000 Audit experience? Purchasing background ? Be able to travel frequently? Integrity and problem-shooting
