Primary Responsibilities:
Lead & mentor Six Sigma & Lean Projects to deliver targeted results
Mentor Green Belts and identify improvement projects
Develop dashboard for management review
Build Lean & Six Sigma in the DNA of organization
Implement robust review mechanisms to track progress and for identification of opportunities
Drive innovation and automation projects
Coordinate with operation to ensure deployment of iQMS and adherence to internal & external
audit requirements.
Impart Lean, Six Sigma and various Quality tools trainings

Led implementation of six sigma & Lean projects
Been part of six sigma deployment strategy
Exposure to ISO certifications
Educational Requirements: BE , Graduation + MBA
Certification Requirements: BB
Total Experience: 8– 12 years
Location: China
Shift: Willing to work in all shifts (currently general shift) and willing to travel to any location as
per client/organization requirements
