职位描述
Job Responsibility:
? Warehouse Process
? Responsible for warehouse layout and storage location design.
? Planning and Implementation of all Warehouse related procedures (incl. SAP).
? Responsible for daily Warehouse Operations, including receiving and shipping activities.
? Main focus as well to 5S, Cleanliness.
? Responsible for warehouse safety.
? Responsible for visual Management, especially on the implementation of ZIP code system.
KMI´s: Inventory absolute (monthly), Inventory turns (monthly), DOH by Material Category (RAW, WIP, FG)
? Inventory Control
? Planning and Implementation of Procedures regarding material in-bond.
? Planning and implementation of procedures regarding material out-bond (internal and external).
? Responsible for inventory accuracy of raw material, FG.
? Responsible for scrap statistics and communication with production to make sure scrap is under control.
? Responsible for all non-conformed inventory.
KMI´s:
- Cycle counts per week
- Cycle counting accuracy (%)
- Cycle count adjustments per week (RMB)
? Internal Material flow
? Responsible for internal material flow routing design.
? Responsible for Kanban and pull system implementation.
? Responsible for tuggers and material racks design and continuous improvement.
? Responsible for finishing and supervising standardized work implementation of operators.
? Continuous improvement of internal material flow.
KMI´s:
- Down time of Assembly lines and Machining operations due to Material Handling.
? Logistics Equipment and Layout
? Responsible for logistics equipment planning and budget.
? Daily maintenance to keep equipment clean, in good condition and minimize daily cost.
? Involve in early logistics planning, such as warehouse space requirement, equipment planning, dock design, etc.
? Continuous Improvement
? Responsible for EI program.
? Planning and Implementation of effective continuous Improvement process regarding warehouse space utility.
? Planning and implementation of Warehouse Management and Internal Material flow process. (In accordance to MAFACT).
KMI’s:
- 3 ideas/person/quarter
? Leadership:
? Set up effective organization of warehouse team.
? Responsible for set up all relative procedure regarding warehouse job elements.
? Responsible for realize standardized work for each position.
? Continuous providing training and coaching for operators.
? Responsible for performance evaluation for all operators.
? Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
? Health & Safety:
? Abide by all safety and non-safety plant rules and regulations.
? Adhere to established quality and housekeeping standards.
? Report any defects, hazards and non-compliance items to dept. Manager.
? Report any incident/accident to dept. Manager and first aider.
? Wear personal protective equipment provided by the employer.
? Participate and assist on any investigation where required.
Qualifications:
? Relate experience in manufacturing company, automotive industry preferred
? Good English communication skills
? Strong leadership experience
? Experience in Lean Manufacturing & KANBAN
? Warehouse Process
