High Level of English, Written and spoken
Minimum education required: Technical Education in Hydraulic, Electrical, with welding Certs
Years of relevant experience: Minimum of five (5) years proven Technician experience.
Knowledge and experience with International companies.
Familiarity with Hydraulic , Electrical welding and air and brake system.
Knowledge and experience in the manufacturing and servicing.
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision skills.
Possess a “hands-on/lead-by-example leadership style with the energy to continually deliver results.
Experience with Microsoft Office systems, Solid Works, CAD will be an advantage.

Accountabilities:?
? Ensure all Technical compliant meeting all legal requirements in country. H&S, HR and Environmentally.
? Quality and initiating improvements activities.
? Support Manufacturing/ Customers and Service Agents
? Service Agent Training
? Warranty
? Product / Technical support
? Handle complaints and major incidents
? Development of plans to support and increase customer satisfaction
? Commissioning were applicable
? Administrative duties as required

Responsibilities

? Takes initiative and fulfils duties consistent with company standards, policies, and controllable expense budget
? Provide input and support to manufacturing/ service network to ensure timely manufacturing issues ,economical maintenance and warranty support.
? Service Agent Training and validation (Technical / Procedures and Operator Training)
? Warranty assessments and support
? Plan and prepare projects hands on and remotely
? Providing QA and Improvement information to SBNZ
? Takes corrective action to insure guaranteed operating efficiency of the equipment
? Provides the guidance and coordination required for the remedial repairs and major equipment overhauls and operation
? Completes the proper reports and actions required by the location’s operating policies including completion of time card
? Work overtime available for on-call rotations. On-call requirements include work after regular work hours, weekends and holidays
? Travel required Nationally and internationally
? Working knowledge of relevant HS procedures and regulations and able to adhere to protocol
? Make a positive commitment by personal involvement in Health and Safety
? Complete compliance and commitment to company values in all work processes

Complexity:
Accountability for Support of Production/ Customer/ Agent support related issues that may surface.
Possess skills and traits that solicit employee relationships and promote a “team environment”. (Lead not “manage”.)
Communicate simply, clearly and often to all levels, be firm, fair and consistent with employees. ?
