Responsibilities:
Leading the location CE in operational and achieve localization target with BU CE supporting
Ensure SQM process compliance and achievement of targets by monitoring and coaching
Determining the SQM organization including resource planning, competence management and qualification plan for related commodity team
Determing preventive SQM work including the SQM methods to be applied in related to commodity
Supplier quality management during selection of supplier in the location by ensureing that the supplier quality performance is evaluated and the cross functional supplier selection teams are provided with the required quality data
Supplier quality management in the definition and realization phase of the material in the location by ensuring that SQM processes and quality management methods with a preventive approach to risk minimization are implemented and controlled
Implementation and controlling of an effective incoming goods inspection
Implementation and controlling of an effective complaints management including review of effectiveness of corrective meansures performed at the supplier
Identifying potential risk suppliers from the location SQM point of view and introduction of adequate measures
Ensure a standardized evaluation of supplier quality performance for the annual evaluation (SES) in the location
Requirements:
5 years experience in quality management or supplier quality management
leading experience in continuous improvement project
2 years experience as supervisor or above
collabration in international teams
manufacturing and process technologies
6 sigma certification & CI project experience
Supplier audit according to VDA6.3/ISO9001
