职位描述
? Support production to continuously improve quality and reduce non-conformity cost.
? Ensure quality plan has been implemented in responsible area properly
? Continuously strengthen personal competence and capability in responsible area
? Handling non-conformity and implement related CAPA actions with production
? Monitoring quality status and give alert to production by SPC method
? Monitor and control the quality of single process sub-contracting
? Deploy quality control plan for new product and implement PFMEA
? Ensure measuring tools valid and regularly calibrated in his/her responsible area
? Ensure company quality tools (e.g. Q-gate/Q-escalation) implemented in his/her responsible area
? Lead and support group leader to deploy SPS/CIP project
Knowledge and experience:
1. Good communication with related department
2. Read drawings and specifications in English. Fluent communication in English is desirable for the position
3. Skilled with the computer tools, such as excel, word, PPT
4. Knowledge of geometrical inspection
5. Knowledge of quality control tools, such as SPC, MSA
6. Knowledge of continual improvement on quality
7. At least 3 to 5 or more years experience in quality control of mechanical industry
