Job description

1. Responsible for Product & Process Engineering at the production site;

2. Conducts APQP related functions;

3. Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) to reduce manufacturing waste and meet QEP targets;

4. Perform Departmental and Strategic Responsibilities;

5. Global collaboration and co-operation to realize and maintain global standardization while impacting the overall success of the company;

Requirements

1. Expertise in process engineering management, especially the stamping

2. Experience in Automotive manufacturing

3. Excellent project management skills.

4. Ability to balance the need to achieve and maintain appropriate alignment with corporate and global operating frameworks and goals with responsibility to local business requirements.

5. Experience in continuous improvement, LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies.

6. Acute awareness and understanding of the role manufacturing plays within the business and supports its overall success (operational, financial, employee growth, customer success).

7. High degree of competence and confidence in leadership and decision making

8. Preferably in a high-mix/high-volume manufacturing OEM environment.

9. Degree in Engineering combined with relevant experience and responsibility level(s).

10. Experience of Quality and Environmental System (i.e. ISO/TS 16949, and ISO 14001 Standards)

11. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
