职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1) Fully in charge of the overall operation of the body structure products in the Tianjin
Plant;
2) Responsible department: production, supply chain, quality, industrial engineering,
Maintenance;
3)In charge of the technology and production process transfer from Germany to China;
4) Building the team and growing up with the business target;
5) Establish the management systems for the newly operation sites;
6) Manages the production resources of the factory so as to meet production and delivery deadlines.
7) Ensures quality standards are consistently reached during production.
8) Plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
9) Optimizes operational processes with focus on efficiency and quality.
10) Supplies technical assistance to customers as necessary.
Job Requirements:
1) Language skills: Native Chinese; Fluent English (written and oral)
2) Education: Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, production process or other related engineering studies
3) Soft Skills: Very strong in business communication with foreign headquarters
Very strategic thinking personality and result-oriented driven
Good presentation skills and ability to discuss in fluent English strategic topics with foreign decision makers;
4) Experienced in working in foreign companies, preferable German or European based automotive companies;
5) Technical skills:Up to 6 years experienced in the automotive industry,preferable in the tier-1
6) industry is necessary,Very experienced with the automotive process and audit procedure (TS16949;ISO9001 and audit by OEM)
Experienced in dealing with automotive OEM as direct customers
Ideally, very experienced in welding and press-technology process (body-in-white)
Ideally, experienced in start-up a new plant in China
Very strong experienced with technology transfer such as like industrial engineering (IE) and establishing modern production process
Very good knowledge in defining KPI and continuously improvement process
Preferred knowledge in: 6-Sigma, Lean, TPM, Kanban, 5S or any other related fields
Very professional experienced in project management during the start-up phase
Very detailed about technical documentation and on time delivery of KPI and reporting.
